Able to ping cameras but BI no connection

the screen is too small to close the update window

are you seeing the blue "end session" popup?  can you close that (i cant)

I'm not seeing it.  I've found alt f4 works to close windows it's a remote computer

so the IPs wont even load in a browser?
correct but can ping them

ok.  i thought it was just blue iris having the issue
