IF DELETE FILES IN THIS FOLDER ON PCCAM WILL HAVE TO MANUALLY DELETE ON S3 (OR THE FILE WILL BE RE-RSYNC'ED)

kjp verified files in this folder on s3 get rsynced to pccam
kjp verified files (created on pccam or modified on pccam) in this folder on pccam do NOT get rsynced to s3
kjp verified when files in this folder on s3 are deleted, they are NOT deleted on pccam
