For the Pheasant and Wild Rice Casserole, double the soups, rice and mushrooms, cooks well in the clay cooking pot.

Do not use the Lipton Onion Soup mix – makes it too salty.  Sprinkling Onion power on works well.

Use the liquid from the mushrooms; 10-20-07 added 4 cups water – try 3.
